The reason I used a lot of milk in the recipe is because I really like milk because it's pretty acidic, but it's also very cheap to buy. Another question I wanted to ask wasn't about the consistency of what I was making. I just wasn't sure I needed more than the amount of protein in the recipe. Then in the second part of the recipe, there are a little more things that I made, and I added a bit more milk…but just less. The goal is not so much for consistency but for getting all the protein in my diet. So when it comes to making a protein-free, vegan snack, I went up on the side of the ingredient list as part of the second goal, because for me, it was too much sugar for my body to process. The end result is that I ended up with a sweet
