They decided to make their project 'Siburu for the residents'', while also giving an insight into the project ahead of the city's official opening and a meeting with staff. "Siburu will take on the role of a medical center with the intention of offering medical, psychological therapy and treatment," said senior advisor on medical activities to the city.A team of engineers with the AIFF-Tribune Research (RARI) project has been working on constructing the plant along the Sisak river in Bhiwasi with first-generation hydroponics at a cost of over US 30 crore, according to the project's website (The Rain Science Centre is one of the largest hydroponic facilities in India).They have been planning and conducting research work on Siburu since late last year. On the surface, it seems very similar to how Siburu was first planned. "A plant of this nature has an effective capacity to produce up to 35 million litres of water per day in the city by 2020 and its capacity to raise groundwater from 5 billion to 30 billion litres is estimated at about Rs 1,500 crore per year.
