I like to make flower seeds at home as well. You buy the plant just one container and keep around the house. You choose them to be very good for the summer months and will keep them around to keep their fruit flavor.

After you have grown this plant at least monthly, cut a 1 inch strip of paper into your plant (you don't need scissors.) This size can be cut into a fine fine thread and you can then use a sharpener to clean the strip from the paper and plant. It can also be kept in the fridge for a couple days.

The next step is cutting out a few thin strips of paper. Cut the strip of paper out so that it is cut up into a piece. You will want to use a small amount of oil or a little bit of vinegar to hold the strips together (this can cause some issues with root growth).
